Christmas Joy Offering
The Christmas Offering is
$1,656.75 as of December 20.
These gifts will be used to
aid retired
pastors and missionaries and their families who are on the lowest end of the
pension scale, or who have special needs. These gifts also help provide support
to many of our Presbyterian schools and colleges and seminaries

Member of Third Presbyterian
A record of participation in activities
The
maximum amount of a scholarship is $250 for a part-time student and
$1,000 for a full-time.
Application deadline is May 25!

Attention Graduates
If you
are going to graduate from high school, college or graduate school
this year, the Education Committee would like to know so that you
can be recognized on Promotion Sunday, May 16 and can also be
featured in our newsletter. Please contact

Community Outreach
Help Earn Dollars for Third Pres Youth!
Our church has approved our participation in the E-Scrip Program for those who shop at area Logli - Schnucks Food stores. When you show your E-Scrip card at the check out a percentage of what you have spent will be transferred to Third Presbyterian. Periodically our Education Committee will determine which of our youth groups or programs to distribute the money to give them some extra help. It is easy to sign up...and it costs you nothing...and you do not have to reveal any confidential information. Cards will be available at the church...you need to only sign up at church with your name and address and email address if you have one.
